important vs. essential vs. crucial vs. vital vs. key

That is important to everyone here
The Internet is essential for our modern lives.
The heart is a crucial organ in the body.
Rainforests are a vital ecosystem on the earth.
There are the key words to understand his explanation.

Goodbye Jobs~

In a business world that looks for safe bets and sure things, Steve Jobs imagined and played. His ideas became companies and, as he might have phrased it, insanely successful.

지난주 GMP  Good Morning News 2번째 주제~

Some say Hollywood relies on these age-worn stories because they are safe bets and it doesn't know what else audiences will want.

Your Interview with Matt Smith and Karen Gillan

Q: Finally, you've both faced Daleks, Cybermen, Angels, the Silence, the Siren and many more monsters. Which are your favourites?
MS: It's got to be the Angels. I mean, the Silence are great, aren't they and there's always the Daleks but the Weeping Angels... such a clever idea. There's something very chilling about them. Yeah, I'm going to go with the Angels.
KG: The Angels are mine, too. Have been since I saw them in Blink. There are some from this series that we've not seen yet. And they're brilliant, but I should choose one I can talk about. So I'll go with the Angels. I mean, the Silence could be on a par, but I saw the Angels first. So, my favourite scary monsters... the reigning champions are the Weeping Angels!

Improve your love life by identifying ‘couple type’

A babe in the woods
somebody who lacks experience of life or knowledge and who is too willing to trust other people
We're still babes in the woods when it comes to computer technology.

Six couple types:

1. Cat and dog
This type of couple constantly fight in private and in public but the cycle of fighting and making up works to attract each other. However, when fights are fuelled by insecurity and distrust, this relationship becomes messy.

2. Thrill of the chase
One partner here takes on the role of the pursuer, trying to secure the opposite’s attention and affection while one plays the role of a distancer. They often take turns, switching roles. “What drives this couple is a fear of being seen as needy,” says relationship psychologist Susan Quilliam.

3. Parent and child
Often developing after having children, this couple type involves the feeling of responsibility in caring for a partner. The “child” may enjoy a break from being a supreme director in real-life while the “parent” may enjoy finding purpose in life through nurturing.

4. Idol and fan
One becomes a “worshipper” and the other becomes an “idol” about whom everything is loved. However, experts report such a relationship can be short-lived as the idol partner may depart for other relationships with other fans.

5. Babes in the wood*
This couple enjoys the most security as they share everything from opinions to appearances. Although partners have a strong and united front, they may lack differential spark and passion, according to Susan Quilliam.

6. The grown-ups
This is a functional relationship lacking a little fire but involving two mature people tolerating differences to keep themselves away from conflicts. However, the lack of spontaneity and challenges may lead to a dull love life.

The Fifth Adventure Game: Recording Session with Matt Smith - Full Report

Friday morning and several members of the Doctor Who team are at The Moat recording studio, hunched over scripts and cups of strong coffee.
It's also amazing to see how the amiable Matt Smith can 'switch', and even sans bow tie and tweed jacket, become the Doctor. From the quiet nuances to the moments of rage, as the fifth Doctor Who Adventure Game is being brought to life, there's no actor in the recording booth. Only the last of the Time Lords. An ancient traveller who is battling against incredible monsters to save our planet. And then...
Then there's a break and Matt jabs a finger at the script and repeats a line with relish. 'Brilliant!' he announces with a grin. 'Only in Doctor Who could you get a line as brilliant as that! I love it!'
...
As everyone winds down and we prepare to leave, talk inevitably comes around to the last few episodes. There's enormous enthusiasm for A Good Man Goes to War and Matt teases us by saying, 'If you think that was good, just wait for episode 8! Have you seen any of it yet? No? You're in for a treat! It's...' And then he just gives that full-on Matt Smith laugh and we want to watch the story now!
